CORPORATE & BAR FACILITIES AT FORTHCOMING GAMES

02 June 2021

We are now accepting corporate bookings for our next two home matches against Newcastle Thunder and Halifax Panthers.

SWINTON LIONS v NEWCASTLE THUNDER

Heywood Road, Sunday 13 June 2021, kick-off 3pm

 SWINTON LIONS v HALIFAX PANTHERS

Heywood Road, Sunday 20th June 2021, kick-off 3pm

We are now accepting Corporate Bookings for the above two matches. The cost includes onsite car parking, complimentary match programme, a pre-match meal, pre-match interviews, full bar access with table service, and of course your match ticket.

Prices are £45 adults, and £15 under 16s. Corporate Hospitality Tickets may be purchased via the online ticketing system on our website.

In addition, and as has been the case at the recent Dewsbury and Toulouse matches, supporters with 2020 Season Tickets may also apply for “wet tables” on a first-come first-served basis subject to availability. To book a table email [email protected] (but for wet tables only, please apply no earlier than the Thursday before each game).

Please remember that indoor hospitality is still subject to strict covid guidelines, and we must be seen to be fully co-operating with latest government legislation, Trafford Borough Council, and our landlords Sale FC.

With the above in mind, and following recent feedback, we are obliged to outline the following rules:-

  • We are restricted to a maximum of 60 in the upstairs bar, with that capacity spread across 10 tables of 6 persons.

  • Alcohol is available via TABLE SERVICE ONLY. Drinks cannot be consumed standing up or on the balcony, nor be taken out of the bar.

  • Facemasks should be worn when not sitting.

  • Access in and out of the bar will be strictly controlled via the wearing of a wristband, which will be issued to those persons with a pre-booking upon arrival at the stadium.

  • The match cannot be viewed from inside the bar, and balcony access will be limited with social distancing in mind. Match goers are therefore encouraged to relocate to the main stand or Jim Birtles enclosure whilst the game is in progress.

  • If after 21 June restrictions have been relaxed, we will provide further information. In the meantime, we are grateful for your understanding.
