Swinton Lions can confirm that 𝗣𝗮𝘁 𝗔𝗵 𝗩𝗮𝗻, 𝗘𝗹𝗹𝗶𝘀 𝗔𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗼𝗻, 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗹𝗶𝗲 𝗠𝗰𝗖𝘂𝗿𝗿𝗶𝗲, 𝗦𝗮𝗺𝘆 𝗞𝗶𝗯𝘂𝗹𝗮 and 𝗘𝘁𝗵𝗮𝗻 𝗙𝗶𝘁𝘇𝗴𝗲𝗿𝗮𝗹𝗱 will depart the club ahead of the 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟳 season.

“As coaches, we would like to place on record our sincere thanks to Pat, Ellis, Ethan, Samy and Charlie for their support, commitment and efforts throughout the 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲 season.
“Each of them has contributed to the group in their own way. We are extremely grateful for the time and effort they have put into representing Swinton, and we wish all five every success and happiness for the future. We hope they continue to enjoy their rugby wherever their paths take them.
“In particular, we would like to thank Pat Ah Van for his services to Swinton this season. Pat is currently playing rugby union, and we have left the door open should he decide he wants to return to rugby league in the future.
