Another familiar face is back for 2027!

We’re delighted to confirm that Dante Morley-Samuels has committed to another season with the Lions!

After joining the club midway through the 2026 campaign, Dante will be looking to build on his first season in Swinton colours and make his mark in 2027.

Head Coach Anthony Murray said:

“I’m really pleased that Dante will be remaining with us for another season. Having worked with Dante for a couple of seasons at North Wales, I knew the qualities he could bring, so I was delighted to bring him to the club midway through last season from St Jude’s.

Dante gives us some real size and physical presence in the outside backs, while his versatility means he can play in a number of positions across the back line. He’s also someone with a fantastic work ethic who always puts the team first.

I’m looking forward to seeing Dante continue to develop and hopefully establish himself as a key member of our squad throughout the 2027 season.”

Great to have you staying, Dante!
