Luke first came to the Lions in mid-2016 on loan from Wigan Warriors, before committing on a permanent contract from the start of the 2017 season. It was during the 2017 campaign that he won the club’s Try of the Season award, with the late effort which famously knocked Super League Huddersfield out of the Challenge Cup. Luke’s consistent and solid displays have made him a firm favourite with Swinton supporters, and he rounded off the 2018 season with two crucial tries against Workington Town in the play-off final.
