Former Super League stand-off Oscar came to the Lions ahead of the 2019 season. Born in the capital, he joined his local club London Broncos as a promising goal kicking full-back or half-back at the age of 19. He made his professional debut on loan for neighbours London Skolars during the 2013 season, before making his Super League bow for the Broncos as a full-back against St Helens in 2014.

Oscar stayed with the Broncos for a season after their relegation from the top division, before joining Bradford Bulls in early 2016. Indeed his debut for the Bulls came against Swinton in the rearranged game at Widnes. Oscar remained with the Bulls for a couple of years, eventually notching up eight tries and 67 goals in 41 games.

He then spent the 2018 season with Sheffield Eagles, ahead of his transfer to the Lions. Oscar also qualifies for Scotland through heritage, and has 11 caps and four international tries to his credit – the highlight being a try against New Zealand during the 2017 World Cup. Oscar spent the latter part of the 2019 season on loan at Rochdale Hornets, but will be looking to get more game time with the Lions during 2020.
